He and his team arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and handled the repair with real professionalism. His workmanship was excellent, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. The drain issue seemed resolved on Wednesday, but it returned by Saturday. I texted Raymond, sent him a video, and asked if he might be available on Monday. Instead, he came out on Sunday—something I’ve never experienced from a plumbing company. The work was done efficiently, neatly, and with great attention to detail. I couldn’t be more impressed and highly recommend ProFlow to anyone in need of a plumber. They’re officially in my contacts for all future plumbing needs. I first came into contact with ProFlow Plumbing Services, LLC when my house, built in the 1860’s, underwent a major renovation in 2019 -2021. At the time, the service was under a different name, but the staff remains the same. ProFlow handled all my plumbing & sewer needs expertly & efficiently. During the renovations, an emergency popped up on a weekend. A leak was coming from the 2nd floor bathroom that was damaging the dining room ceiling. Ray Powell, ProFlow’s owner, came over and diagnosed the problem. It turned out not to be a plumbing issue. Rather, a worker not connected to the plumbing crew, had left a storm window open during a heavy rainfall. Ray helped clean up the mess and brought a blower in to deal with the moisture so the problem could be addressed. I was grateful for his timely response. In addition to the renovations, more recently ProFlow Services flushed my tankless water heater (which the company had initially installed), replaced worn out valves on my old radiator system, and replaced a leaky bathroom pipe that was affecting my dining floor. I trust and regularly turn to ProFlow for all my plumbing needs. I share its contact information with friends. Its prices are reasonable; its staff professional & personable. I recommend ProFlow Plumbing Services without reservation.
